Six products, one proof path

The AEGIS family sits in three planes. People work in Forge Studio. Conductor and Stele deliver the work inside your tenancy. AEGIS Models, Reflex and Dynamis supply the intelligence underneath.

From requirement to deployed code

One change, end to end.

  1. 01

    Plan

A product manager raises a work item in Forge Studio. Conductor drafts a Plan, and a Gate waits for the manager’s approval.

  2. 02

    Build

Agents work in a remote workspace on a Stele branch. Every model call goes through Dynamis.

  3. 03

    Commit

Agents commit under signed agent identities and open a pull request. Stele issues a receipt.

  4. 04

    Test

Stele triggers the pipeline in Helix. Results return as checks and as evidence for the next Gate.

  5. 05

    Review and merge

A senior engineer reviews and approves. Stele enforces the merge Gate and anchors the merge receipt.

  6. 06

    Accept

The build deploys to the test environment. The client’s testers accept it, and the release closes on their sign-off.

The doctrine

Five rules, enforced outside the models.

The governance engine is deterministic code, not model behaviour. A model can propose; only the engine decides whether work moves on.

  1. 01LawThe rules an agent works under, written down and versioned.
  2. 02GateA check that must pass before work moves on: tests, policy, a human approval.
  3. 03PlanThe scoped work an agent may do, and nothing outside it.
  4. 04ReceiptA signed record of what happened, anchored so it cannot be quietly changed.
  5. 05ClaimA statement about the work, bound to its evidence or marked unverified.
